Delivering critical web pages under tight resource constraints

The Challenge

High development costs and limited resources threatened to stall critical web projects. Something had to give, without sacrificing quality or timelines.

What I Did

• Took direct ownership of web development, working hands-on in HTML and CSS using existing design elements.
• Prioritised and built key industry and solution pages, using predefined CSS classes for consistency.
• Maximised in-house capability through periods of high turnover to keep projects on track.

Results & Impact

Delivered the vital pages within existing constraints, on time, and aligned to strategic goals, a demonstration of resourcefulness under technical and financial pressure.
