The Challenge
To compete for organic visibility and inbound calls for SAP Business One, I needed a strategy that could out-position established competitors in both home and new markets.
What I Did
- Ran a competitor analysis, identified priority keywords, and built dedicated pages targeting them.
- Rolled out location pages in three phases: home turf Gujarat first, then Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, then capital cities and key industrial centres across India.
- Maintained consistent blogging and off-page promotion, interlinking everything back to the location pages.
Results & Impact
- Achieved comparable or superior rankings to competitors within six months of phase one.
- Maintained keyword rankings across 128 location pages.
- Extended the same playbook to the Middle East and Kenya, lifting the digital footprint in those regions.
